Thirty years, then this
Aaron Gaddy spent more than three decades in commercial construction. He read the drawings, priced the work, ran the jobs, and watched what happened when somebody on site did not understand why a detail mattered.
Over that time he kept seeing the same thing. The best hands on a crew — people who could build anything you put in front of them — would stall out. Not because they were not capable of running a job, but because nobody had ever taught them how a schedule works, or how to price a change, or how to write the email that protects them when a job goes sideways.
That knowledge is not secret. It is just fenced off. It lives in degree programs that cost a fortune and meet during working hours, which makes them useless to the exact people who need them most.
So he built the version that works for them: the same knowledge, cut into pieces short enough to watch on a break, available at two in the morning, and priced so nobody has to borrow against their future to get it.
What makes this different

Every course is built from work Aaron actually did. When a module explains why you never cut into a post-tensioned slab, it is not a safety statistic — it is because of what happens when someone does.
It is built around a work schedule
150 modules across 20 courses, running 5 to 20 minutes each. 33h 58m of training in total, and you can take it in ten-minute pieces for a year if that is what your life allows.
It does not pretend to be a university
Bydand CMI is not a college and does not offer college credit. It is field training that gives you a certificate you can show an employer. We would rather say that plainly than let anybody find out later.

What we will not tell you
We are not going to claim this replaces a degree for every career, or that a certificate from us carries the weight of a licence. Some paths in this industry genuinely require one, and if that is the path you want, you should go get it.
What we will say is this: a very large share of the people running successful construction businesses today never finished a four-year program. They learned the work, then learned the business. That second part is what we teach, and there is no good reason it should cost thirty thousand dollars and four years of your evenings.
