Refund policy

Course and lifetime purchases: 30 days, no questions. Subscriptions: cancel any time and you are not charged again.

You do not need to justify the request. Email us and we will process it.

Single courses and the lifetime program can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. We refund to the original payment method, usually within five business days once we process it.

Access to the refunded material ends when the refund goes through. If you earned a certificate before requesting the refund, we keep the record but it stops being verifiable — a certificate you did not pay for is not something we will vouch for.

Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access to the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

We do not automatically refund a partial month, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and you have barely used it, tell us — we will sort it out. We would rather refund you than argue.

Nothing to refund. The free courses cost nothing and stay yours whether or not you ever buy anything.

Team, apprenticeship and workforce program agreements are handled individually and the terms are in your agreement with us. If it is not working for your program, contact us and we will find a fair answer rather than pointing at the contract.

We may decline a refund where an account has been sharing logins, redistributing course material, or repeatedly buying and refunding the same content. That is rare, and it is about abuse rather than someone changing their mind.

If something about the platform is broken or a course was not what the page described, tell us that too — it is the most useful thing we can hear, and it usually gets fixed.
