It lays out the whole industry the way it actually operates: the owner who wants the building, the architect who draws it, the engineer who makes it stand up, the general contractor who runs the job, and the subs who do the work. You will follow one commercial project from the first idea to the day somebody moves in, and see where the money comes from at every stage.
